Mint House Downtown Miami Aparthotel

The rooms are top-notch and spotlessly clean with comfy beds and smoke detectors. There is a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee and tea making facilities - that's always a plus. - the employees are outstandingly accommodating and nice.

The staff is very very helpful and amiable. Impressive perfectly clean rooms, they are provided with fantastic view and large bathroom, as for instance. There is a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The restaurant here was reasonably priced at bar and restaurant.

The place was incredibly clean and had an amazing view.

We had a lovely stay in downtown Miami. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and clean, offering beautiful views of the water and the boats docked at the bayside Marketplace. The pool and lounge area on the 10th floor were also impressive, with cabanas and comfortable leaf chaise lounge chairs. The location was convenient, allowing us easy access to Miami Beach and other attractions. it was a great place to base ourselves during our trip, being close to the port and offering a range of nearby restaurants and shops.

We did notice some dust in the apartment and the bathroom tub needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

The location near the park is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and there's a great spot for shots within a 10-minute walk at Buffalo Wings.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel in downtown Miami. The cleanliness of the apartment was great, and the facilities were excellent. The pool area on the 10th floor offered fine city views and had a variety of seating options, including cabanas and lounge chairs. The location was perfect, with easy access to Bayfront Park and just a short walk to downtown Miami. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Worst Aspect: Couldn't stay longer.

The room here was really impressive and cozy. It had a spacious bathroom and even a washing machine, which was a nice touch. I also loved that they provided tea and coffee making supplies, a fridge, and an oven - so convenient! 🌿

Brand new building with beautiful pool area. Immaculate, stylish apartment with great amenities and comfortable decor. Helpful and accommodating staff. Easy check-in process. Quiet and plentiful parking. a great experience.

I stayed at Mint House for a week-long vacation and it was fantastic. The property is modern and clean with great gym facilities. The staff, when you can find them, were very helpful. They made sure we had enough towels, toiletries, and coffee pods. The iron and ironing board were good, and the hair dryer worked well. The location is convenient, just a short walk to public transportation and a bus stop. The apartment itself was amazing, with great views from the 34th floor. It had a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious lounge area. The Keurig coffee machine and generous supply of Peet's coffee pods were a nice touch. Having a washing machine and dryer was also a plus. The pool area on Level 10 was beautiful, although it was a shame it closed at 6 pm. it felt like a home away from home.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, I can recommend this hotel.

The check-in and check-out process was easy and the secure parking on level 8 was convenient. The customer service was responsive and helpful. The fully equipped kitchen and generous coffee supplies made it feel like a home away from home. The apartment also had a washer/dryer, which was a great convenience. a great experience with great facilities in a convenient location.
